My first ROOT cocktails

After completing my ROOT review, I decided to try making my own cocktails. Based off a Black Russian and a Toasted Almond, here are my first couple ROOT cocktails:


The Black ROOTian


1 oz. ROOT liqueur
1 oz. Kahlua

Build over ice in a low ball or rocks glass.

The Roasted Almond

¾ oz. ROOT liqueur
¾ oz. amaretto
¾ oz Kahlua
1 heavy splash half and half

Build over ice in a highball glass, or serve chilled as a cocktail.
